We are very easy to find, on the A259, just outside Rye.
Winchelsea is located on the South East coast of England in the
County of East Sussex, close to the border with Kent. It is 81
miles from Charing Cross in London, 31 miles from Dover and 29
miles from the Channel Tunnel.
Driving Directions
From the M25: Leave at junction 5 (keep to right hand lane)
following signs A21 to Sevenoaks and Hastings. Continue on A21
until the crossroads at Flimwell then turn left at traffic
lights onto A268 towards Hawkhurst, then following A268 to Rye.
In Rye at the first roundabout take the A259 towards Hastings.
We are on the bend on the right as you approach Winchelsea.
Alternatively, leave M25 at junction 3 onto M20 towards Ashford
then leave at junction 10 towards Lydd and Brenzett, at the
roundabout (there is a Little Chef and a Garage on the left and
a School on the right) join the A259 towards Rye. At the first
roundabout in Rye take the A259 towards Hastings. We are on the
bend on the right as you approach Winchelsea.
Coming from the West, we are on the A259 approximately 5 miles
outside Hastings. After the hairpin bend you will see a pub (The
Bridge Inn) on the left, we are just after this on the left.
We are open seven days a week - Monday to Saturday - 8.30 to
5.30 pm. Sundays 10 am to 4pm. Please ring for opening times on
Bank Holidays.
